The very first step in the Process is to Analysis the Development potential of the Site. We will review your property along with Council Legislation to provide a number of development options. We will also look at the physical aspects of the Site to identify any potential issues such as trees, access, slope etc. You will end up with a preliminary Sketch Concept outlining how many dwellings, Setbacks, POS, Site Coverage etc. This can then be taken to Council for preliminary discussions and receive feedback.
Our Site Report should always be part of you due diligence before you purchase your next development project. Far too many Developers guess and assume they can obtain an approval without getting professional advice. This can often turn out to be a very expensive lesson.
