DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

The process starts with Preliminary Sketch Concept . This is typically done during the Site analysis stage. Once we have an understanding around the Clients needs, Budget and Council requirements, we can then proceed to detailed Planning Drawings.

Stage 2: Planning Drawings

These drawings will make up the necessary documentation you will need to submit to Council to obtain a Planning Approval.

These plans will typically Include:

  • Site Plan
  • Landscape Plan
  • Floor plans
  • Elevations
  • Streetscape

Council will also typically require preliminary Engineering and a Survey Contour Plan as part of this process. We can liaise with all External consultants on your behalf in order to obtain a speedy Approval process.

Stage 3: Working Drawings

Once you have obtained a planning approval from Council, we can proceed to detailed construction drawings. These will need to be submitted to Council / Private Certifier to obtain a Building rules consent.

These plans will typically Include:

  • Site Plan
  • Landscpae plan
  • Floor plans
  • Elevations
  • Slab / Plumbing layouts
  • Electrical layouts
  • Wet area elevations
  • Sections
  • Details
